This website/app is horrible. No one picked up my order for 50 minutes or so. We picked up the order ourselves. 3 hours later Doordash/the restuarant is calling me later asking if my order was fulfilled. The restaurant is upset with me as if I have control over how disorganized the app/website is.

Restaurant never “received” the order, driver could not pick it up, never answered the phone for me or eatfuti, had to get a full refund
